NITIDO provides customised digital services to businesses and professionals: website and landing page creation, brand identity, copywriting, social media content and management, online advertising and improvements to business visibility on Google. We do not sell physical goods through this website.
Ordering and pricing
The initial online presence analysis and personalised preview are free, with no purchase obligation. Implementation and ongoing management are paid services. Customers receive a written quotation specifying deliverables, EUR pricing, applicable taxes or charges, delivery schedule, revisions and payment terms before accepting an order.
Orders may be one-off projects or explicitly agreed monthly services. No subscription is started by submitting the free enquiry form. The payment summary must disclose the seller, service, amount, currency and any recurrence before payment. Card payment availability is subject to the payment provider’s activation and the options shown in the actual checkout.
Digital fulfilment and cancellation
Deliverables are provided digitally by email or a private link according to the agreed schedule. There is no physical shipping. Customers may cancel a monthly service by emailing us before its next renewal. Work already performed remains payable. If we fail to supply paid work for reasons attributable to us, we refund the undelivered portion. Unused work on a cancelled one-off project is refunded less any expressly authorised, documented and non-recoverable external costs.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method when supported; bank posting times vary. Statutory rights are not excluded. Customers should contact our support email with the quotation or invoice reference.
